Garmin 735XT is not charging :-(

My Garmin 735 Xt is not charging, I have done hard reset, changed sockets, tried to charge through USB on laptop, to no avail...pls help...

I'm sorry to hear that! Here are a few more tips:

Follow the steps from Cleaning the Charging Contacts on a Garmin Watch
Plug your cable into the back of the watch. Then, plug the cable into your laptop while holding down the upper left button. Leave the button held down for 30 seconds and let go if the display lights up
If possible, try another Garmin-branded charging cable

Reach out to Garmin Product Support for your exchange options if it still won't charge.
