I received an update to my Forerunner 745 couple of days ago (suspect the update was on version 12.10 at least that's the current version my watch is displaying).
This update seems to have broken my device almost entirely. During the day, it freezes multiple times for several minutes during which the display shows a broken watch screen (see photo). After a few minutes, the watch comes back on, but lost a significant amount of battery, roughly 30% missing after a freeze period. The watch doesn't react to any button presses and I'm also unable to do a force-reboot by long pressing the on/off switch.
I already factory-reset the device and paired it anew with my phone but that didn't help me with the issues. Anyone else experiencing the same? I am absolutely sure that the latest update has caused this since the months before the watch has worked without any issues.
