How do i change the date on my Garmin?

My Garmin Forerunner 745 is showing the wrong date and that makes it so my sleep and stress shows up a day late on my phone, how do i change my date?

Hold down the middle left button until it shows watch face

Scroll up to system

select system

scroll down to time and select time

scroll down to sync with GPS and select it(You will need to have a view of enough satellites to update time).

Syncing with your phone app should also update the date/time.
