Forerunner 745 playing 1 song and stops and displayed blank black screen (music screen)

Is anyone else having the issue on their 745 of getting the black screen after playing one downloaded song? I am having the issue on and off since the update.

I have experienced this myself, one song would play, then a blank screen, I swapped playlists on my watch, it would again play a single song, then stop, and show the same blank screen. I had my playlists on shuffle, switched this off and no problems on subsequent runs. As an experiment, I tried on shuffle again this morning, seemed to work grand, paused the music for a few minutes and again music stopped after one song and then the blank screen. i stopped the shuffle option and watch played music as per normal for the rest of the run.

So maybe, don't have your playlist on shuffle.

Thank you, Donal! I believe I have shuffle on. I will try turning off the shuffle and see how that works. Hopefully Garmin fixes the issue during their next update.

Same for me, I have a 945, and much prefer my music on shuffle. Just sort out Garmin...I don't want to have to get an apple watch. :)
