Vinicius Gaensly the account linked to the email address that you used for this forums account does not have a Forerunner 745 registered to it.  Will you please comment using the account to where the FR 745 is registered?

Garmin-Kevin I am part of the garmin testers group of Epix/F7 and instinct devices.. and I always try to support any other user here in Brasil or latin america using garmin to solve their issues with the brand...

Vinicius Gaensly you can have her comment on the thread using the email address which she uses for Garmin Connect.  Because of privacy concerns, this is the only way that I will be able to assist her.
