Crackling sound

Anyone having problems with the sound? It has kind of crackling/popping, feels like playing a lower quality e.g. 56K mp3 file.

I've tried different formats and encodings (mp3, wav, 256k, 320k, etc.) and earbuds, but the sound quality is still quite bad.No problem when listening to these files from a computer using the same bluetooth earbuds.

Looked around in the forums and saw that 245/945 seems to have same kind of issue(s).

I found out what the issue seems to be related to: sample rate. My files were 48khz, re-encoding them to 44.1khz made everything much better than before. Of course the high frequencies are bit choppy and/or cut off (probably limitation of the BT chip), but still better than constant crackling that I had before.

FYI: The crackling problem seems to be present also for 32khz files.
