Hello!
I usually run or take the bike to the outdoor gym for HIIT-workouts and I’m figuring out the best way to register the workouts. I could register them separately but it would be nice to combine them in one activity. I use the FR745 and HRM Pro.
I would like to use the running feature for all the running dynamics and then start custom created HIIT workouts…
I can’t add HIIT or strength to a multisport activity. And so I don’t know how to set it up…
Any ideas?
