Permanent Do Not Disturb?

I do want notifications on my watch. I just don't want it to vibrate every time.  How can I either turn on DND permanently and/or disable vibration on notification? I can manually turn on Do Not Disturb every morning, but surely there is a better way to accomplish this?

    Hello, you can set the smart notifications to silent. From the time and date push and hold the middle left button and scroll to Phone > Smart Notifications > "During Activity" and "Not During Activity" > Sounds. Here you will have the option to select "silent." You will need to set it to silent in the During Activity option and the Not During Activity option.
