Yeah I’ve only been with Garmin for a year so not really sure how they are at rolling out new features to older devices. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed to hear this considering the watch wasn’t cheap, isn’t very old, and this feature won’t be a big selling point of these newer devices. I’m strictly a runner so I really didn’t need the 745 but got it because it was newer at the time and figured it would get a few new feature updates before it became obsolete. Oh well. Wishful thinking
