FR 745 - HRV-Tracking

Hello, is it possible to carry out HRV tracking with a FR745, i.e. record the HRV value over the entire running distance. This is probably not possible with the HRV stress app.

You are mistaken, the 245 and 945 do not have HRV Status either. It is on the newer 255 and 955. Garmin also brought it to the Fenix 6 series

Yes, under Physiological Metrics -> Log HRV. Note that you have to use an external HRM.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

I'm not sure if I asked my question correctly. With the FR745 I would like to have a recording of the HRV over the entire running distance so that this can then be displayed in an evaluation diagram via for example the runalyze portal. For this, the recorded HRV data must be included in the fitbit file. Since I don't have an FR745 yet, I can't check whether this is possible with the setting you mentioned.

Yes, with that settng @reflecx mentioned the HRV data will be added to the fit file.

Why can’t we see hrv stats over a 7 day averages like you can on the forerunner 245 and 945 + other devices. Such handy information we are missing out on
