Hi,
I recently changed my HR from %max HR to % of HR reserve. As a consequence, my zones changed. Nevertheless, my Daily Suggested Workouts still suggests me training based on my old zones.
For exemple, it suggests me "Recovery at 115bpm". At %maxHR it was zone 2, now in %HR reserve, 115bpm falls into Zone 1.
Is there a time period to "adapt"? Should I train at those suggested bpms even if they now mean different zones?
Any help appreciated.
