why i'm not receiving software 6.20 yet ? anyone same with me ?

Yes i'm in APAC, with the APAC version watch, now my version is 5.8, are you same with me?

Firmware for APAC devices usually do not receive the updates at the same time as the other devices.

in resposne to some other support query I was given this information, giving hope we will have new version in January:

Based on the serial number you provided, your device is the SEA software version device…

Are you possibly in an APAC region with the APAC version of the watch?

in resposne to some other support query I was given this information, giving hope we will have new version in January:

Based on the serial number you provided, your device is the SEA software version device. The current software version of your watch is 5.80.

Regarding the software update for each device, usually, the U.S Software update will be released earlier than SEA. SEA Software update is usually released around 6-8 weeks after the U.S update. Within these 6-8 weeks, our engineers need to make some adjustments in the software, so that it can be compatible with the SEA software version

I received notification of new 5.90 firmware. The only change listed was

1. Track run improvements.

This change isn't even in 6.20

i just received 5.90 firmware too, maybe wait until january i hope we can update to 6.20

2months since this enquiry... any updates .for SEA users.
still holding on to 5.90

Nope, still 5.90 garmin SEA very slow or too lazy for release software update
