"Other Items" update from Garmin Express

I plugged in my two week old Forerunner 745 into my pc to register it with Garmin Express and check for updates. One update available, "Other Items", no change log available. I ignored it. Does anyone know what that might be? Current software is 6.20

Could be: Forerunner 745 GPS Software Version 5.11 - LIVE as this was recently released. You can see what GPS version you are currently running in System > About on Your watch.

5.11 is currently installed. I just checked again with Express and "Other Items" is no longer available. Says I'm up to date. Maybe the GPS software updated through Connect app on the phone.
