I'm a bit irritated by Garmin telling me that i'm Unproductive.
Yesterday (Sunday) I got the training suggesting (running) to run for 1h at 6min/km. Exactly did this training but got a Unproductive result and -1 for VO2max. Note that my runs on Wednesday and Friday were good in terms of Garmin: Productive and +1 on VO2max on Wednesday.

My question: do you also experience this? Are the suggested trainings from Garmin unreliable?
I have this watch for 11 months.
