How to disable audio prompts during workout

Hi - After creating a workout in GCM and successfully uploaded on my watch, i'm not able to turn off the audio prompt telling me what my next lap distance and pace window is. I.e. I create a (repeated) interval of 15 x 2 KM run at a certain pace window. I don't want my head phones to repeat 15 times this message with distance (2KM) and set pace. I just want my watch to vibrate.

I've turned off already all audio prompts on my watch (settings > audio prompts > all alerts and tones are 'off' including activity and pace/speed alert)

I hope someone can help me out here.

On GC, in Device, go to Activity Options, and turn audio prompt off.

Thanks Thibaud, but I keep getting the audio prompts during my workout. I changed it in Garmin Connect (via desktop) and via my watch, but it keeps coming in.

Same thing happened to me today. Extremely annoing! I have disabled audio prompts everywhere but during a workout they are still there.

Sorry to hear that; did you try also to turn off in mobile GC?

All of those are turned off under 'Device' > 'Activity Options' > 'Audio prompts' where all options are disabled

Also the alert tones are off (Sounds and Alerts)

I had the opposite during 4-5 months, after purchasing the watch in October 2020; i was not able to get any audio prompt, despite having everything ON. And I was not the only one. Now finally I got them.

Several tickets were raise to Garmin before they solved that; maybe they forced the audio prompt ON as a solution ?!?

In case someone is still trying to stop the annoying voice that tells you each lap, I just discovered that I needed to go to 'device' in GC on my phone, then 'activity options', then I had to go to 'alert volume' and turn that to zero using my phone's volume control. The lady has now gone! Yay!!
