missing VO2 Max updated from personal info after SW5.10

After SW 5.10 updated, my VO2 Max no longer changed form my personal info.

But I could see the different value from the performance stats after a outdoor running.

I have the same problem, after the update the vo2 data, training status and sleep in the application disappeared. In addition the watch reset and I lost all data.
