Hello, I do a lot of running in the lower HR zones. And while I am running I notice my Aerobic TE increasing quite fast and then taper of at around 20 min. Essentially my 15 min warm up gains me more aerobic effect than the last 30 minutes of my run.
So I am wondering that means I do not gain much from running longer that 30 min or if there are other variables to look for as well when it comes to the effect my training has. Such as Load which seems to increase more linearly.
