Wifi not working "unable to download certificates"

I can't get Spotify to download a playlist, I get this error.

I also get it when I test my wifi connection from my watch, how do I fix this?

I Also have the same issues but with Amazon Music. I have gone through the process of authorizing device with Code from amazon added the application through Garmin connect / via express. I have added my FR745 to WiFi and get a confirmed connection. However i get the same error message (Unable to download certificates) when i try to download a playlist. I have also then tried sync my watch via WiFi and get the same issue (it works fine from Bluetooth). I have performed this again on another network and have exactly the same problem. Tried performing a hard reset this has also not rectified the problem. Would be great to get a response from Garmin.

same problem on the same day in my forerunner 645, no other issues like that in the past. It may be a temporary issue?

Hi,

i've the same problem today on my 745 i just bought yesterday.

nothing fixed the problem : hard reset of the watch, uninstall and re install garmin connect / deezer ...

i called the french garmin support this afternoon, no solution found for now .... hope it will be fixed soon...

Same thing here, also contacted support. Frustrating having bought a new watch (specifically with the ability to play music)! hopefully will be sorted soon.

I forgot to say mine is new as well! no other issues mean I didn't find any issues on this forum
