How long batterylife do you get?

Hello, I updated everything on the watch and charged it to 100% before I started using it. I have used it for little over 1,5 days and the battery is already down to 32%.

I´ve only had a 1 hour GPS session and have PulseOX on at night. I use a very low power watchface.

Feel like I should be able to get at least 5 days. How is your battery?

  • My battery never went over 3 days, with pulseox I shut it down all the time and wifi too. The 745 cannot take 5 days with at least 1 hour of GPS activity. I already gave up, the good one that carries fast.

  • I turned off PulseOX overnight... i steadily get just over 4 days. I have about 30 minutes of GPS activity daily

  • With a right setting, no PulseOX and just one hour with GPS, but fitness activity every day (almost 1 hour/day), my battery is amazing: 7/8 days.

  • please share "right settings" lol

  • I usually get a week with a little battery to spare. i never use Wifi, keep it in Airplane mode when not doing a workout. I run for 30 minutes 3 times a week with GPS and music, Ride my mountain bike 3 times a week average 30-40 minutes with GPS and music and walk everyday for 45-50 minutes with GPS no music. I also have PulseOX on for sleep and phone notifications off. For music, I use songs from my iTunes library. I occasionally plug it in while  I take a shower.

  • Nothing so complicated. I have eliminated all the widgets that I don’t use (music widgets for example), PulseOX off, Wi-Fi off, lighting off, lighting on during activity (only after sunset 10%), Bluetooth off while sleeping, default watch face (which I like a lot) without seconds and no every data that updates each second.

  • A lot of good answers here, but I don’t think you should have to turn off all settings to get somewhat close to the 7 days it says on the box..

  • Mah, that doesn't cause me any trouble. That's all items I don't use. Also the lighting, I like the clock much more without it. And in the way, the days are 8. : )

  • most of what you have off i have off, except music (which i started to use when i started running outside again)... lighgting during activity only happens with wrist movement for like 10s, bluetooth while sleeping, is it automated or do you have to manually do it?

Thanks for the suggestions, i think night time bluetooth could make a big difference

  • Manually. Yes, I think so.
But the music and the GPS too. I think it's mostly these.

Put the lighting at 10%. Not more.
