Hello,
A simple question. I want to run a marathon in about a year. I want to get up to speed and comfortable with using my 745 to track pace.
For instance I want to run a 4:00 hour marathon, or 8:00 min/miles.
What are all the options to use my 745 to practice keeping pace, or monitor pace.
I can't really read my watch very well when running (reading glasses) I can squint and see it if I have to. I would like a buzz or beep. I remember reading about this where there is a a "too fast" and a "too slow" range warning.
What are the different ways for having the watch keep me on pace?
