Status of order in webshop

I ordered a FR745 some days ago in the garmin webshop. After the order I received a mail, stating the order has been placed. However the "check the status" link in the mail does not work at all. Also the check the status webpage from garmin states it does not have any records. This seems a bit odd to me especially compared to other webshops. Is this simply a bug or went something wrong?
