stopping an activity with one click

Hello,

I have used a 645/Music for the last couple of years and just got 745.

It is an upgrade.   Similar in a lot of good ways, but there are some quirks.

I can't see my Garmin well when running (far sighted)  A single data field or double works, if I squint really hard I can make out three data field pages.

Tonight I ran.  I click the up right 'stop' button.   My 645/M stopped and immediately went to the "resume/save/etc." page.  The 745 after I press stopped went to some intermediate data page but didn't stop, I pressed it again a second time and it went to my familiar "resume/save/etc." page.

I would like to stop my run with one push instead of two pushes.  Is this a setting somewhere I can adjust?   What was the intermediate data page anyway? I couldn't read it.

  • With the 745, after one single click there is a few seconds pause before it goes to the "resume/save/etc." page. There is no need to click twice.

With my old 645/Music, after clicking 'stop' it immediately went to the "resume/save/etc." page, no pause.
