Pulse Ox widget shows wrong day after a reading and never transfers data to my Connect app

I use the Pulse Ox widget manually - on demand. It takes a measurement but shows the wrong day. I took it yesterday and today and it's still showing yesterday. Also the data doesn't transfer to my Connect app. Thanks
