No / missing "actual" resting heartrate on the watch

Hello,

i had the FR235 for 3 years and now i got the FR745, which i also very like. But i miss a very important (for me) feature, the actual resting heartrate. On the FR235 the actual resting heartrate was directly on the first heartrate widget page. On the widget of FR745 on the main page only the actual heartrate is shown, also when i open  the widget. No actual resting heart rate on the first page and on the second page the average resting heart rate is visible. Only the garmin connect app on phone shows the actual resting heart rate directly.

Dear Garmin-Support, did somebody forgot to implement the actual resting heart rate? Will it be implemented in future??

  • Still no feedback and no resting heartrate...

  • Hello, this is what you should see on the second page. It has your last 7 days of RHR data on a graph. So for example Friday my resting heart rate was 48, Saturday 49, Sunday I wasn't wearing my 745, Monday 52, Tuesday 56 (got a puppy over the weekend that didn't let me sleep) Wednesday 53, Thursday back down to 49. Depending on your range the scale might be different, but as long as you are wearing one watch the scale of the graph should be dialed in.

  • I know about the graph, but it is not so exact as a clear valve for the actual day. The FR235 had this feature, why it is removed for FR745?
