Menu that disappears

Hello everyone!!
Sometimes the entire menu on my watch disappears completely, and I have to set it up again. Happens to you?

It is a new watch. It gives me the impression of being a very immature and unstable firmware. I hope Garmin solves it quickly.

Hope this gets fixed soon. It’s happening to me almost daily and is a serious problem for a $500 watch.

I have noticed this happen to me only on the airplane mode menu system (holding down the power / light button). It basically removed all the widgets I had added. I have noticed this happen twice so far..

Hi!
The same problem keeps happening often in my 745. THE MENU DISAPPEARS, it won't let me turn it off, and then I have to set it up again. I hope they solve it soon. Is very annoying. Thank you.

Hi all, I'm trying to replicate this, you mentioned you see this when you enter air plane mode? Can anyone on here attach screenshots of the menu you are referencing, and confirm the steps you took to make the issue occur?

In my case, while I didn't do much research, it seems to be random. The problem is that the menu empties and the device cannot be turned off. Then I go to Garmin Connect, in the menu area I restart, I synchronize and it reappears by default. Then to reconfigure it to my need. Horrible. Regards

Yesterday I added all the menu toggles because they disappeared. Turned off the watch. Today I went for a run and the menu was there. Synced the run via WiFi and then synced via Bluetooth to the phone (iOS) When I should turn off the watch the menu was gone. To turn the watch off I have to add the turn off menu button...

I suspect that it is a iOS Garmin Connect Mobile issue. A couple of years ago the same problem happened to the widgets...
