Software Version 3.30 - Forerunner 745 - Phased Rollout 50%

Update can be downloaded through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile pending the rollout schedule.

- Fixed an issue that caused CIQ watch faces to display 0 calories.
- Added improvements to prevent dropped phone connection.
- Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
- Fix an iOS reconnection issue on some phones.

Hi - I'm based in Singapore - how can I download and install this software version via my computer?

Garmin Express or even the watch itself never prompt me for the update

Your watch is probably an APAC version. APAC versions receive software updates with a significant delay, so you have to be patient.

Still no 'Sleep Widget' in SW 3.30 ? Disappointing -.-
