May i know FR 945 strap can use on FR745 or not ?

both strap look the same and 22mm .

According to the support page, yes.

To install QuickFit 22 bands, remove the watch pin from the Forerunner band, replace the watch pin on the device, and press the new band into place.

I have just got some third party QuickFit bands from Amazon. Followed the instructions in the manual and fitted the bands with no issues.

745 does not have changeable straps

Here is a link to the 745 Manual demonstrating replacing a band and confirming that quick fit 22 bands do fit.
