Will a swimming workout have an effect on Training Effect / Training Status / Load and other first beat metrics ? Or does only running and cycling impact those metrics?

1. If I do a swim workout with the OHR or Chest Strap HRM, will my swimming workout have an effect on Training Effect / Training Status / Load and other first beat metrics ? Or does only running and cycling impact those metrics?

2. Additionally, will indoor cycling with gps turned off effect Training Effect / Training Status / Load if I have a power meter?

3. Does Physio true up sync Training effect and training status across devices? Or does it only sync training load across devices? Because the first two aren't listed here: support.garmin.com/.../
