745 vs. Fenix 6s pro

Hello everybody. I actually wanted to order the Fenix 6s pro. Now Garmin has brought out the 745 and I am a little insecure.

What do you think? In terms of price the two models are almost identical on the market at the moment!

Do any of you have any advantages or disadvantages that could be decisive?

Did you miss the maps of the 945? I’m with a Fenix 5 plus just now. Looking to reduce the bulk. Tried the Fenix 6s, but found the 20mm wide bands too narrow for my liking... 745 is a nice smaller form factor with the 22mm band... but no maps.

If you want all the latest features in fw updates it seems like Fenix is the one they focus on :(

It's the Quickfit 22mm bands, not to be confused with the Quickrelease 22mm bands. Quickfit will have the black plastic piece, Quickrelease are what is on the 245 with a little metal pin that is fitted into the band.

I am just very disappointed by the HR accuracy and the non working Audio Propmpts.
