Bluetooth Version

Can anyone tell me what version of bluetooth that Forerunner 745 uses ?

I think all (?) previous models have been using bluetooth 4.x and I want to know if this is the first one using 5.x ?

I want better range for my (bluetooth 5) headphones when im running.

I'm very interested in this, also. I've looked through the online manual and any documentation I can find and haven't found anything on specifications.

The thing about that site is that it shows the 245 and 645 in both 4.2 and 5.0 lists. Both of those watches say 4.2 in their manuals on the Garmin site. I have the 645 non-music and tried the 645 music, but the connection to my headphones dropped a lot and made using it annoying enough that I returned it. I'm hesitant to spend this much and not know the specs.
