fw 9.60 issues

after fw 9.60 when i con the 735 with garmin express via usb the watch only stay at chagrin mode ! not show on pc or sinc ! when i take the cable off still stay at chagrin mode!

then ony when i force to   shut  down it wake up !

try hard reset the it connect fine for the 1 time ! and then at 2 time have the issue again

    Same problem for me... no sync after the 9.60 update and freezed watch screen when I disconnected it from the computer. I forced to turn off the watch when it was connected to my computer and everything started to work normally. I have no explanation... Hope Garmin will share new update to fix it

    Same problem too. My watch not syncronize with pc.Did somebody informe the Garmin about this huge problem? Thanks your answer.

    I wrote to the (french) support the first day of the firmware release.
    I'm still waiting for an answer... :/

    If you have access to the English support, that will be great to send them a message.

    Same problem too. I just opened a ticket at the german support site. Is there a way to roll back the update?

    It enters charging mode and freezes there. The workaround for now is: 1. turn it off 2. turn it on 3. let it catch a GPS signal 4. sync. Let's hope for a bug-free "update" soon.

    Seems to work as a work around, but my watch freezes again when I try to connect it to Gramin Express.

    I definitely said it is a workaround. It's not a solution. The solution will have to come from Garmin.

  • Same problem here. Furthermore, after the 9.60 install all activities on the watch are gone! One activity had not yet been synced to Connect, so probably gone forever. 

  • same problem here, too.  Someone had suggested resetting to factory settings but that didn't help at all.  Looks like the 9.60 needs to be fixed by Garmin.
