Problems with Stress and Steps

Hi all,

I started having some issues with my FR. Suddenly it stopped recording stress and steps, but HR was measured ok.

I deleted from my phone and restored the watch to connect it again. It was working ok several days, but then again the same story.

Any idea?

Have you tried to OFF and ON the watch?

Last resort is to do a factory reset before sending for repair.

That's what I did, and it worked for several days, but then back to missing steps and stress.
