HRV Status Missing

Hi,

I’ve been using my FR570 for a few months without issues. Since Sept 18, my HRV Status has disappeared (no more 7-day status, only nightly averages). My training status also seems inconsistent, which may be related.

I haven’t reset the watch or changed anything in the settings.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, do I have permission to go into your Garmin Connect account and view some things?

No need, I just take your email from here and go look! I was looking to see if any other data might be missing from the days that are blank, heart rate did collect those days so I can rule that out. Your training status does show you were maintaining during the time your HRV was blank. There is a lot more than just HRV that goes into TS so I don't see that being any cause. Do you remember resetting the device last month when the HRV was blank?
