- My garmin watch scheduled an anaerobic workout for me, warmup 15 min at average 7:00min/km, then 7× (40 sec of 4:30/km, and 3min at 9:00/km) then cool down at 7:00/km. I've performed even better than suggested, as indicated in the photo, but the watch said I've done only 66% of the goal, and considered the workout as "base, low aerobic" instead of "anaerobic" my heart rate peaked up to 169 (my estimated max hr is 180). Am I missing something? Why did the watch consider me underperformed?
