Heart rate monitor doesn’t work, any fixes?
Few thoughts:
Is the WHR turned on? From HR Widget settings make sure its on?
Any flashing lights from sensor?
What does it say on Settings > About then a few screens in for WHR? if it is 0.0.0 there is an issue with the software install
