I've just switched from an apple watch to to a 570 and am 3/4 of the way through a Couch to 5K programme. I can create a custom workout to reflect where I am in the programme. Yesterday was a 15min run 3min recover and 5 min run with both warm up and cool downs.
However in performing the workout the only screen I could access during the run were those counting down the various segments, not the wealth of data available if I'd just started a run without the workout.
Am I missing something ?
