I have installed the Komoot app on my 570 but when I select it and try to open it, I see a padlock at the top of the watch screen and I need to swipe it down to unlock and then I am able to tap the various buttons in the app.
I do not want the app to be locked and have looked for a setting to turn it off. It does not exist within the Komoot app.
I have turned off all the lock settings on the watch but still the lock on the Komoot app persists.
I've looked all over the Komoot website and in the Komoot app for Garmin product information to try to find a way to deactivate it but no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have had the Komoot app on a series of Garmin watches before the 570 and never seen this before.
