Yesterday I started a hiking activity. After approx 10 minutes, the 570 displayed the multisport icon and changed the ongoing activity type to bicycling. I decided to continue anyway with the hike. After the hike, the entire activity was shown as multisport with hiking and bicycling as sub-activities. I also realised that the watch stopped counting my steps after it had switched to bicycling.
Today I started a running activity. After approx 35 minutes, the 570 again displayed the multisport icon and switched to bicycling. This time I stopped and saved the entire activity. When I tried to start a another running activity, the 570 jumped randomly between the menues and behaved strangely. Finally, I was able to start over and continue with a new running activity.
Anybody else seen this? The watch has worked fine for a couple of weeks. I have the latest fw.
