Golf - Autoshot feature does not work

When playing golf the Autoshot feature does not work at all. Have already had two 18 hole rounds and registered a swing ONCE in each round (total of 2 times over 36 holes). Had a Epix Gen 2 before this and it worked on virtually every full swing. Clearly something is not working correctly.

I have met all the factors listed in the help page. Yes, you can reach out to me further. I wanted the post to be visible to make sure others could chime in if it is working for them or not. I will guess I am in a very small segment of 570 users that use the golf functions.

Still does not work at all! Multiple rounds played. One of the main reasons I bought this specific watch.

Yes of course. All factors have been met. I sent fit pictures to garmin support already but have not provided the requested video of me swinging a club which honestly should not matter. IT DOESN'T RECOGNIZE A SWING AT ALL. I've played I think 6 rounds of golf now and it detected 3 total swings. Something is clearly screwed up and it needs to be fixed.
