I've already disconnect the watch, close watch and telephone. Close Bluetooth and retstart. Remove the watch from Garmin Connect. Updates are ok on the app and on the watch

Please remove the watch from both the Connect app and Bluetooth settings. Here is a helpful article on how to do this:

If you still have an issue you can pair the watch in Express, this is only found on a personal computer and you would plug the watch directly into the computer with the charging cable. Once it is paired in Express you will need to unplug it from the computer and try pairing again with the Connect app. This is the download link for Express if you need it:
