cannot Disable todays suggestion prompt - even following manual. Is it bug in latest software?

i tried to upload picture.

i have followed the manual but cannot get any enable disable prompt option. i want to disable the annoying todays suggestion spam. How to do this on latest software (July 2025)? Many thanks
