My heart rate and steps are no longer being tracked. Step count is stuck on the last count before it stopped tracking. I don’t have the green light on the back. I’ve done a factory reset and have tried toggling tracking on and off. I’ve also wiped the sensor with a dry cloth. Nothing seems to help.
