My watch recently (early 2025) updated to version 9.05 and I’m having huge problems with it. From what I understand there are much later versions available on 100% rollout. Unfortunately neither the mobile Connect app or Express on my laptop are seeing them (I have my watch set to auto-update) and say the software is up-to-date.
I’ve tried restarting, factory reset, removing fit files manually … pretty much everything that’s suggested but still no dice.
Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion before I try and contact Garmin.
