How create strength training sessions (e.g. workouts with dumbbells, gym machines, etc).

I’m using the Garmin Forerunner 55 and I’d like to track strength training sessions (e.g. workouts with dumbbells, gym machines, etc).

Could you please let me know:

  1. Which activity profile should I use for this?

  2. Is it possible to create or customize strength workouts (sets, reps, rest periods) on the Forerunner 55?

  3. Can I track weights and reps manually or automatically?

    The Forerunner 55 does not support strength workouts. Here's a side by side comparison to a watch that has that feature. This is mentioned under the Workout and Training Plans Section.…
