After delet data and reset settings the only lenguage I can choose is English. How could I choose another lenguage?

I deleted data and reset settings and the only lenguage option available is English, it doesn't even appear another lenguage to select

Try connecting your watch to GarminExpress. It usually updates corrupted files and adds deleted important files.
