My forerunner 55 Turned off randomly a couple days ago and won't fullt turn on. I can press and hold the on button and the triangle comes on but goes away when I let go. I've tried forcing an update via garmin express but it says the servers are unavailable when my laptop finally recognises the USB/watch. Occassionally a battery symbol with a lightning bolt will flash on but when I try and charge it nothing happens. I only got the watch 2 months ago so I'm not sure why it's doing this. I've called customer service many times but I get put on hold and nobody answers even after up to an hour.
