Heart rate statistics not registered since 26 September 2024

On my lap top i can no longer see the statistics for my heart rate. It stopped on the 26th of September. On my watch I can see my actual heart rate but I cannot see this heart rate on my phone while I am connected with the phone. In settings "Wrist heart rate" is "on"

Question: Can I see what happened on the 26th of September (log files?)

2. Any thoughts why my daily heart rate is not recorded?

    Dealing with those heart rate display problems sounds annoying! To determine if there is a way to access historical data in the log files, you may need to check the settings or support of your app. Regarding the daily heart rate not recording, there can be a glitch in the program or a synchronization problem. Have you attempted reinstalling the app or restarting the phone and watch? I hope you find a solution quickly!

    I reset my watch and then started "fresh" again. The heart rate monitoring started again.

    In other words, the problem is solved (for now).
