I have a Garmin forerunner 55 and I’m following the Half Marathon training plan winto Garmin couch.
I was wondering if it is possible to somehow change the suggestions of the Garmin coach to HR and not to pace.
I live in an area that has some hills, and I feel like it would make more sense for me to run in a lower HR on easy run days than on a lower pace. Cause of course my heart rate will go up if I’m running uphill even if the pace is low, but then the activity is no longer a “easy run”.
