I have recently acquired a Garmin forerunner 55, and I have some questions in the usage while running and following a plan.
I am currently in week 2 of the Garmin coach Half Marathon plan. Yesterday I was following the pre-made workout (quite straight forward; 2 min warm up, 8,61 km at a lower pace and then 2 more minutes of cool down), but tthe thing is that, while running, an alarm on the watch popped up several times and I had no idea what it meant. The screen changed and then the word “ahead” and a number (sometimes 9,3, sometimes 9,9...) appeared on the screen. Sometimes also the word "In range" will pop up.
Does anyone know what it means or what I am supposed to do?
