Training for race in 5 weeks

Hi!

I got 5 weeks to prep for an upcoming race. I can't use Garmin Coach or other training plans given by Garmin because the plans are too long.

What can I do? I've heard of a race widget feature. Is that compatible with/available for the F55?

If not, will following the Daily Suggested Workouts train me for the race?
